Vasil joined Carisbrook Partners in January 2024, and since the beginning of 2026 has focused on Equities, specialising in Volatility, Long/Short and broader Equity strategies. Prior to his recruitment career, he spent several years in financial services in London, bringing 15+ years' industry expertise and global client coverage across the buy-side and the sell-side. Vasil graduated with a BA Hons in Business from Bournemouth University.
